Despite having 10,000+ monthly active users, Bettin.gs faced critical UX hurdles. Our research revealed that users struggled with daily bet tracking due to complex navigation and cluttered data presentation. The platform had valuable features, but they were buried under confusing user flows, making daily bet management a chore.
The main challenge lay in data visualization and user engagement. While the platform collected extensive betting data, users couldn't easily spot patterns or draw insights to improve their strategy. We needed to redesign the experience while keeping core functionalities intact, making complex betting statistics feel natural and actionable.
